DESCRIPTION:
The third part of the Pet Werewolf series. After finding what appears to be a dog in a cage, Jace unknowingly befriends the werewolf, Asher. Jace is going to be surprised to find that his new dog has been trained in other ways, sexual ways. What will Jace think of this discovery and who exactly is the very handsome man tied up in the basement? Jace’s dad has a lot to answer for, but will he tell his son the truth about Asher, or will he keep his.
EXCERPT:
“What’s wrong, Jace?” Robert could tell that something was bothering his son. He wondered if it had something to do with college rapidly approaching.
“Nothing,” he said without thinking. Should he bring it up? He shouldn’t. He definitely shouldn’t. It was none of his business.
Robert was about to ask him if he was sure, but his son blurted out, “So, the prostitute in the basement.”
It took the man by surprise. Jace knew about Asher. He’d gone down into the basement. It must have been when he left for the store. It was alright though. Asher had been in his human form…or was that worse? Yes, it was definitely worse. If the boy had been a wolf he’d be able to explain that he’d found the creature in the woods or something. Well, that wasn’t exactly a lie. Now his son thought…what? He’d bought a prostitute?
Robert tried to act nonchalant. He took a bite out of his sandwich. “What were you doing in the basement?”
Jace looked down at his plate. “I needed to get a tool,” he lied.
“I told you not to go down there.”
