Nascent Entrepreneurship and the Role of Women

This book offers novel insights into the nascent entrepreneurship realm, focusing specifically on the role of women. Using the GEM database, the book empirically analyzes a sample of 171,629 nascent entrepreneurs from 101 countries and tests key drivers of women nascent entrepreneurship. The book contributes to bridging nascent entrepreneurship and women entrepreneurship research areas and creates a roadmap for academics and policymakers, outlining directions for future research avenues.
