The Therapy of Emotions

Living emotions is a journey that, unfortunately, very often leads us to confront the suffering. The suffering that arises from losses, from failures, misunderstandings, and the wounds left in the heart by the passage of time. Yet, in this winding path, I have learned that the suffering is not a burden to bear, but a silent teacher, capable of revealing the depths more mysterious than ourselves. "The Therapy of Emotions" has given me an extraordinary keyto writing and reading: it made me understand that the emotions, those very ones that shake us and bend us, are actually the vital energy that we can use to illuminate our path.
