Catch the Wind

This work has two objectives: to create a single document that groups all benchmarking projects that were carried out and implemented within 30 months of being initiated by the TELT General Affairs Directorate, and at the same time, to illustrate how this work was planned and organized within the company.
Each project carries out research into national and international best practices that have been introduced by all types of organizations in order to pursue their commitment to continuous improvement.
The intention is to invite and encourage the reader to reflect on the importance of continuous improvement, as well as on the importance of sharing knowledge and best practices implemented in their own context.
Knowledge about things can only be acquired by studying people, processes and companies in detail. There are two tools that can help one carry out a good benchmarking assessment: curiosity and resourcefulness.
