Teopratica

Un racconto d'esperienza d'artista che conia nel 1989 la parola nuova "Teopratica" ad individuare l'Antisistema nel Sistema stesso, verso una diversa consapevolezza del "fare e pensare" quale estensione profonda dell'essere in arte. Quel momento dell'immaginazione misterioso e straordinario, la cui origine è ignota, che ci mette in relazione al tutto, o idea o desidero o necessità o sogno, a creare l'opera un qualcosa che prima nella realtà non esisteva. È il punto di vista dell'artista che rifonda il pensiero, sperimenta a modo suo e sempre rinnova in piena libertà. L'occhio parla in osmosi al tutto guidandoci nei flussi del tempo. Ma che senso ha oggi, nell'indeterminatezza dei Sistemi e nell'interdisciplinarietà dei Modi, parlare e spiegare come si dipinge, e poi dov'è il confine della Pittura? Il libro apre ad approfondimenti nuovi per comunicare le sapienze filtrate dell'artista basate sull'esperienza. Nel contempo si vuole dire ciò che normalmente si omette nel fare Pittura, i famosi "segreti di bottega e trucchi del mestiere". La novità è che la scrittura nasce dai disegni in Tracciati/Garbugli e Tavole cromatiche, tra maiuscole fluttuanti di marinettiana memoria. Inoltre il lettore sarà sorpreso nel leggere nuove "scoperte": un modo di estrazione della Porpora, la Pittura Impercettibile che appare e scompare, messaggi subliminali nella Gioconda, il Valore della Specularità, la Sindone vista come "Ente", il metodo della conoscenza dei colori attraverso il Monocromo. Lo scritto intende anche essere utile a chi "s'inizia" all'arte o vuole intraprendere la Pittura imparandone tutti i Modi e Sistemi, non fini a se stessi ma affrontati come strumenti volti alla conoscenza del proprio Ductus, a tirar fuori quell'impronta personale identitaria, che ci rende tutti unici nel poter creare opere. The eye speaks in osmosis to the whole, guiding us through the flows of time. But what sense does it make today, in the indeterminacy of Systems and the interdisciplinary nature of Ways, to speak and explain how one paints, and then where is the boundary of Painting? The book opens up new insights to communicate the filtered knowledge of the artist based on experience. At the same time, it wants to say what is normally omitted in painting, the famous 'workshop secrets and tricks of the trade'. The novelty is that the writing comes from the drawings in Tracciati/Garbugli and Tavole cromatiche, amidst floating capitals of Marinettian memory. Moreover, the reader will be surprised to read new 'discoveries': a way of extracting Purple, the Imperceptible Painting that appears and disappears, subliminal messages in the Mona Lisa, the Value of Specularity, the Shroud seen as an 'Entity', the method of colour knowledge through Monochrome. The paper also intends to be useful to those who are 'starting out' in art or who want to undertake Painting by learning all its Ways and Systems, not as an end in themselves but approached as tools aimed at the knowledge of one's own Ductus, to bring out that personal identity imprint, which makes us all unique in being able to create works.
